We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Finance & Accounts to lead and oversee the companys financial operations, statutory compliances, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate will drive accuracy, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support growth in the highly regulated pharma industry. Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure accuracy in accounting records, ledgers, and reconciliations.
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor working capital and cash flow to ensure financial stability.
• Develop MIS reports and financial dashboards for management decision-making.

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Companies Act.
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring timely closure with zero non-compliance.
• Oversee transfer pricing and international taxation related to pharma exports.
• Implement internal controls and financial discipline in line with company policies.

Operational Finance

• Manage accounts payable, receivables, vendor management, and credit control.
• Ensure accurate costing, inventory accounting, and margin analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Production, Sales) for cost optimization.
• Lead payroll management and employee-related financial compliances (PF, ESIC, gratuity).

Strategic Finance & Leadership

• Act as a financial advisor to senior leadership on growth, investments, and risk management.
• Drive ERP implementation and automation of finance processes for efficiency.
• Mentor and lead the finance & accounts team, building a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Support M&A activities, due diligence, and investor reporting when required.

Role Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA) mandatory; MBA Finance preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in Finance & Accounts, with at least 45 years in a managerial capacity within the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind-AS), Companies Act, and pharma industry financial regulations.
• Proven experience in audits, taxation, costing, and international finance operations.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally) and advanced Excel/Power BI reporting.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
