Arcana is scaling fast and we need a finance partner who can stay ahead of the curve.

As Senior Manager Finance & Accounting, you will not just report numbers. You will work closely with leadership, challenge assumptions, and bring financial clarity to product, growth, and hiring decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. It requires strong analytical depth, business judgment, and high ownership.

What You Will Own

• Drive the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts with dynamic, forward looking models
• Build robust financial models to evaluate new initiatives, pricing, hiring plans, and strategic investments
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Growth teams to align investments with measurable outcomes
• Lead monthly performance reviews with deep variance analysis and clear action plans
• Own scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to support capital allocation and growth strategy
• Design scalable dashboards and reporting infrastructure in collaboration with Data and Tech teams
• Bring structure to ambiguity while enabling speed and disciplined decision making
• Continuously strengthen FP&A processes, systems, and metrics as Arcana scales

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or a high growth tech environment
• Solid understanding of financial statements and GAAP principles
• Experience working in a fast paced, tech driven company preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with CRM or financial systems is a plus
• Ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and drive accountability
• Clear communicator who can translate complex financial data into sharp, actionable insights
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CFA, or CMA are preferred but not mandatory
