JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to lead and manage key financial operations, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in IND AS, US GAAP, and SOX compliance, along with strong analytical, leadership, and automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring financial integrity and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting & Compliance

• Finalize financial statements in compliance with IND AS.

• Prepare monthly management reports (D.5.6 and D.1.1) aligned with US GAAP.

• Ensure SOX/ICFR compliance and manage risk controls.

• Oversee statutory, internal, tax, and global compliance audits.

Accounting Operations

• Supervise accounting transactions and month-end closing activities.

• Review and manage accounts payable, treasury, intercompany billing, and lease accounting.

• Conduct GL reviews and prepare month-end schedules.

• Perform quarterly and annual balance sheet variance analysis at both entity and division levels.

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Project financial statements and cash flows for strategic decision-making.

• Prepare and submit D56, H56, D.1.1 (CCI), D37/H37, and CAR reports.

Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with affiliates and division heads for financial reviews.

• Conduct review meetings with Finance Director and record outcomes on the designated portal.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Drive automation initiatives using Excel.

• Lead and execute cross-functional projects to enhance financial processes.

Transfer Pricing & Segment Reporting

• Prepare subvention workings and mid-year segment P&L at the division level.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Chartered Accountant (CA).

• 6-7+ years of experience in financial reporting, audit, and compliance.

• Strong knowledge of IND AS, US GAAP, and SOX/ICFR.

• Proficiency in Excel automation and financial systems.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive process improvements.
