Senior Manager - Engineering

The Senior Manager - Engineering heads the Engineering function for the BIAC Park which include the facility management of BAI units. The role holder is responsible for setting up of functional strategies & KPIs, scanning & deployment of evolving technologies and best practices, monitoring BIAC capex spends, setting up the budgets, spare heading, employee engagement initiatives and driving maintenance KPIs across the BIAC park & BAI units, including adherence to compliance & EHS requirement. Leads the BIAC Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for strategizing and deploying the BIAC Engineering KPIs and action plans, including CAPEX, operations management of utilities, maintenance management, sustainability, construction projects, automation & innovation, engineering improvements, etc.
• Oversee achievement of the Operations Management and Maintenance Management KPIs for BIAC, including water / effluent treatment quality, water/power consumption, efficiency, preventive / break down maintenance, etc.
• Spearhead achievement of the Project and Sustainability KPIs for BIAC, including new construction projects, expansion, sustainability initiatives, governance, compliance, etc.
• Manage strategic synergies with the internal and external stake holders for achievement of the BIAC Engineering objectives

Qualifications

• Masters in Engineering (Mechanical /Electrical/Civil)
• 10 to 12+ years experience in the Similar Engineering function with proven project management experience
