Your Role

• Conduct investigations into FTE/FTC complaints and concerns, ensuring a thorough and objective process.
• Pulse check for FTCs & FTEs from ER/IR perspective
• Grievance Redressal of FTCs and FTEs
• Workplace Incidents and Accidents
• ER Trainings (COC, POSH etc)
• Improving staff welfare
• Conflict resolution and management
• Manage statutory compliance for FTEs, FTCs, DHs and MHs
• Disciplinary Actions

What Were Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in employee relations, industrial relations, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and employment practices.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various stakeholders.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
