            Key             Roles & Responsibilities

            Bancassurance             Strategy & Execution

•                 

•                 Responsible                 to maintain the Management Information System and provide                 insights and analyze the data

                  

•                 Prepare                 Daily/Monthly Dashboard and initiate in automating them

                  

•                 Assist                 the central team and sales channel in creating powerful                 dashboards to be shown to the Senior Management

                  

•                 Maintain                 relationships with various sales channels and other internal                 customers

                  

•                 Support                 the organization by executing the programs and initiatives of the                 company

                  

•                 Maintain                 the governance through rigorous follow ups with sales teams

                  

•                 Coordinate                 between the various teams involved and ensuring alignment between                 multiple stakeholders including the Key Accounts Manager,                 National Sales Manager, Area Sales Manager

                  

•                 Produce                 accurate and timely reports of the program/project status                 throughout its life cycle and host & present at Governance                 team meetings

                  

•                 Implement                 changes and interventions where required to improve upon the                 project
  
                 

              

            Compliance             & Adherence

•                 

•                 Ensure                 all the activities including conducting R&R (Reward &                 Recognition) and conducting new and existing processes are                 following the required compliance and adherence requirements
