Job Description
- Digital Partner Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process through seamless API
integration.
· Channel Partner Development: Identify and pursue new digital insurance broker
partnerships.
· Understanding Digital Partner Requirements: Collaborate with internal
stakeholders to ascertain partners’ needs and focus on Channel-centric API
development.
· Competitor Benchmarking: Analyze partners journeys on competing platforms
and implement best practices to enhance user experience.
· User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Integration: Facilitate system integration,
oversee UAT, and ensure testing is completed within established timelines.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Provide comprehensive support to both internal and
external stakeholders, ensuring smooth business operations.
· Gap Analysis:
- Address and resolve any partner escalations in a timely manner.
- Identify process gaps and implement permanent digital solutions.
- Innovate and develop new processes and systems aimed at automating
and digitizing business operations.
· Reporting and MIS: Generate reports and monitor business metrics to ensure
performance visibility.
· Budget & profitability: Achieve the Budgeted target for GWP and MCOR keeping
business within profitability matrix.
