JOB DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for leading media strategy straddling TV, digital, search and performance marketing as part of the CX and Connections team.

Supervise TV and digital media planning and buying for optimal TV-digital mix and deliveries of planning and buying benchmarks. Complete understanding of TV landscape including of top channels by market, understanding of program performance, understanding of TV deals, spot placement to help drive TV plans

Responsible to drive brand proposition & communication beyond regular spots through in-show integrations, vignettes & other non-FCT elements

Responsible for the promotion of AN through the web, optimize the websites on high SEO standards.

Drive ANI’s brand presence digitally to our consumers, SEM and paid web placement for multiple brands. Thought leadership on digital strategy and clear focus on excellence in execution.

Drive brand’s proposition & communication through community marketing.

Monitor/track website and/or digital marketing performance.  Track measures of success.  Identify KPIs to be used to monitor success and benchmark vs competition.

Good understanding of media channel KPIs across TV, Social Media, Display, Video, Search, Affliates, SEO as well as be able to link the outcomes to Brand Health Track and Business KPIs. Key focus on effectiveness and efficiency of media.

Regular interaction with internal & agency teams to study various data points (owned & 3P), work on data analytics & drive insights for better campaign optimization & effectiveness of media campaigns

Create and update weekly and monthly media reports, analyze campaigns and provide recommendations.

Manage brand A&P with understanding of the billing & operations process to ensure utilization of planned investments, savings tracking & ensuring brand media ROI

Manage risk & prepare risk mitigation (Social Media environment). Escalate potential high exposure events.

Partner closely with the CRM, Loyalty, Ecom, Category and other cross functional teams including finance, IT, PA, Legal, Regulatory and others – Multiple stakeholder management a key skill to succeed in this role.
