Financial Outcomes
- Identify and implement cost-effective data platform solutions for Supply Chain Organization
- Track and report on platform budget and cost savings enabled by analytics
- Quantify value delivered through data-driven supply chain initiatives
- Build strong relationships with supply chain business, Digital transformation leads, Data & analytics stakeholders and vendor partners in Digital
- Ensure platform meets SLAs for data availability and reliability.
- Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement in user satisfaction
- Develop and maintain analytics models for demand forecasting, supply planning and inventory optimization (Plan).
- Provide data-driven insights to improve procurement efficiency (Source).
- Create data driven insights to monitor production efficiency, capacity utilization, and quality metrics (Make).
- Create data driven insights to optimize transportation costs and delivery performance (Deliver).
- Enable end-to-end supply chain visibility through automated reporting and actionable insights.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Lead design, implementation, and maintenance of modern data architecture
- Oversee development of ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes/warehouses
- Implement best practices in data governance, security, privacy (GDPR/CCPA), and quality
- Develop monitoring and incident response processes to ensure platform reliability
- Identify and pilot emerging technologies in cloud/data platforms
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in data science, data analysis, or a related field with understanding of Supply chain
- Proven track record with modern cloud-based data platforms
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management skills
- Adaptability: Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to pay close attention to detail and ensure the accuracy of data and analysis.
- Experience in FMCG industry would be beneficial but not mandatory
