Role Overview

As a Senior Manager DevOps, you will lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing our CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, and reliability frameworks. Youll work closely with product, data, and engineering teams to ensure that our AI-driven platforms are secure, scalable, and continuously available. You will set the direction for DevOps strategy, mentor engineers, and drive a culture of automation and operational excellence.

• DevOps Leadership Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers to design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure.
• Cloud Infrastructure Management Architect and manage multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost optimization.
• Automation at Scale Drive end-to-end automation for deployments, monitoring, and infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Reliability Engineering Champion observability, incident response, and performance tuning across all production environments.
• Continuous Improvement Implement best practices for CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration, and infrastructure as code.
• Collaboration Work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and product teams to ensure smooth releases and high availability.

The person youre

• Proven experience managing and scaling DevOps or SRE teams in a fast-paced product environment.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, ArgoCD), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Deep understanding of AWS/Azure/GCP services and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Strong background in networking, security, and disaster recovery planning.
• Passionate about automation, reliability, and enabling developer productivity.
• Based in Chennai with the ability to collaborate with distributed teams across regions.
