SENIOR MANAGER - DEVELOPMENT

Summary of the Role

As a Senior Manager-Development, you’ll guide a medium-sized team in delivering high-quality software solutions using C++. You’ll contribute to strategic planning, support team growth, and collaborate across departments to ensure scalable and reliable systems. This role offers an opportunity to shape technical direction while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment.

In This Role You’ll / Your Main Responsibilities

Business Understanding

· Define and communicate the team’s technical and functional goals in alignment with company objectives.

· Report on team activities and progress to relevant stakeholders.

· Take responsibility for team outcomes within your discipline or function.

· Develop plans to address resource and operational needs.

· Propose and implement improvements in processes, workflows, and operational models.

Technical Skills

· Demonstrate proficiency in C++ and apply it to software development tasks.

· Effectively address production support issues and customer inquiries.

· Collaborate with software development, architecture, solutions, and quality assurance teams to design systems that are reliable, scalable, and easy to test.

Communication

· Support clear and timely communication to team members regarding company updates and organizational information.
