Senior Manager - Data Engineer

Project Planning & Coordination: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of projects across various functions including supply chain, product management, engineering, and CapEx initiatives. Utilize project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent to create detailed project plans, tasks, subtasks, timelines, and dependencies.

Daily Status & Progress Management: Manage daily status meetings and progress update rhythms to ensure all project activities remain on track. Document progress meticulously and update project schedules in real-time to reflect the current state of deliverables.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams and numerous stakeholders to gather updates, resolve issues, and ensure alignment on project goals and timelines. Act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and coordination efforts.

Risk Management & Reporting: Identify, assess, and escalate project risks and issues proactively. Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, and risk assessments to senior leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, potential bottlenecks, and mitigation plans.

Documentation & Communication: Ensure comprehensive documentation of project scope, requirements, decisions, and changes. Detail all tasks with clear instructions, deadlines, and ownership to facilitate accountability and transparency.

Follow-Up & Accountability: Maintain a sense of urgency by consistently following up with team members and stakeholders to obtain timely updates and necessary inputs. Drive accountability through effective communication and persistent tracking of action items.

Comprehensive Project Management Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of project management methodologies, best practices, and tools to optimize project execution and delivery. Adapt and implement processes suited to the complexity and nature of each project.
