Senior Manager - Cybersecurity & Infrastructure

Based in Mumbai

Role Overview : You will lead the organisations cybersecurity and IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring system resilience, data protection, and operational continuity across a global network. The role combines strategic leadership, hands-on execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity and system administration policies aligned with global standards.
• Safeguard IT and OT systems through proactive monitoring, threat detection, and incident response.
• Manage multi-account cloud environments (AWS/Azure) with a focus on security, scalability, and cost control.
• Conduct risk assessments and drive continuous improvement of defences.
• Lead a team of cybersecurity and IT professionals, ensuring excellence in delivery and performance.
• Liaise with vendors and management to deploy and maintain advanced security solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master degree in computer science, information technology or other relevant field of study.
• 7 to 10 years of experience in IT security or system administration within large or multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and cybersecurity governance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with incident response, SIEM/EDR tools, and cloud administration.
• Proven leadership in managing technical teams in Microsoft-based environments.
• CISSP / CISM / CISA / Cloud certifications is preferred.
• Familiarity with maritime or OT systems is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present risk insights to senior stakeholders.
