CRM Senior Manager – Registrations

Reports to: AGM CRM 

Experience: 5-7 years in CRM/Customer Lifecycle Management in real estate or related industries

As Vilas Javdekar Developers scales new projects and aims to enhance customer onboarding, this role is critical to streamline registration processes, improve customer experience from the outset, and ensure a seamless transition from interest to registration. The current market dynamics demand a proactive and efficient registration system that differentiates us in a competitive landscape.

What Success Looks like in 1 Year:

• Achieving a 20% increase in registration conversion rate
• Reducing registration processing time by 15%
• Implementing digital registration workflows with at least 90% accuracy
• High customer satisfaction scores related to registration experience

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize the end-to-end registration process for new customers
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to drive lead registration strategies
• Develop and oversee digital registration tools and portals
• Train and guide the sales team on registration protocols
• Monitor registration KPIs and prepare reports for continuous improvement
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements during registration

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

• 8+ years of CRM experience in real estate or large-scale customer onboarding
• Proven track record of process optimization and digital transformation in CRM functions
• Strong understanding of legal documentation and regulatory compliance in property registration

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

• Knowledge of CRM software platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
• Experience working with government or legal registration systems
