CRM Senior Manager – Collections

Reports to: AGM CRM

Experience: 5-7 years in collections, receivables management, or customer relations in real estate

• Reduction in overdue receivables by 25%
• Improved collections efficiency with a 15% increase in timely payments
• Customer satisfaction scores related to communication during collections reaching 85%+
• Implementation of automated reminders and digital payment options

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic collections plans aligned with sales and finance teams
• Build strong relations with customers to facilitate smooth collections and address concerns proactively
• Monitor receivables and overdue accounts, initiating follow-ups
• Implement digital tools and automation for reminders and payment processes
• Train and guide the collection team on best practices and customer handling
• Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations during collections

Must have experience (Non Negotiable):

• 5-7 years of experience in collections or receivables management, preferably in real estate
• Proven ability to reduce overdue receivables and improve collection efficiency
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills

Nice to haves (Can be learned on-the-job):

• Experience with CRM platforms, ERP systems, and automation tools
• Knowledge of legal procedures related to overdue recovery
