Senior Manager - Costing

Roles & Responsibilities:

To prepare costing for all new articles and have the same approved from Central Costing at the stipulated margins.

To negotiate rate settlement with the vendors and workmen for normal production.

To review from time to time the material consumption against costing estimates & to ensure that all planned activities are carried out.

To aid the establishment of an efficient manufacturing environment by reviewing production systems and techniques & reviewing scope for material savings in all areas of the operations of the Manufacturing Unit.

* To prepare annual estimates of std. cost, recovery & turnover for the Manufacturing Unit; to prepare weekly estimates for the entire year.

To co-ordinate with the Marketing Division for monthly orders, ensure acceptance as per the estimated capacity, organize freezing of plans, authorize production for associates, co-ordinate production planning and monitor order status to meet Marketing Division requirements within the stipulated time.

To co-ordinate the Companys manpower and production planning activities with the overall
