Job Description
· Conduct vendor/partner due diligence, Onboard vendors online through Procurebuddy and select
right vendor, right cost, right quality, ensure on time delivery of material or service.
· Manage relations with preferred and strategic vendor/partner with internal customers to
continuously seek opportunities for improvement which generates additional savings.
· Need excellent knowledge in updating policy and automation such as SOP, Procurement module,
Software’s Oracle P2P.
· Negotiate Contracts, Purchase Orders (PO) terms in accordance with the selected vendors, price &
technical specifications and evaluate vendor performance
· Conduct analysis of present suppliers spend and create backup for each category
