Senior Manager Corporate Communications

About the Role

Liaison with Police, Revenue, Department of Mines & Geology, Irrigation & water resource, Dist. Administration, Forest department and other government agencies etc for obtaining licenses, statutory clearances, permits, C&D land etc., matters.

Adhere to all statutory compliance and Returns - Revenue, DMG, Forest, RTO Departments, Property Tax with local authorities viz: Municipality/Grama Panchayats etc., Land Acquisition KIADB, Permission U/s 109, Conversion, Khata, Planning, Survey etc.

Responsibilities

• Liaisoning/Coordination with local leaders including MLA & MP, villagers/ land loosers /land owners etc.
• Handling local issues & grievances.
• Drafting suitable applications/letters and replies to submit to appropriate authorities.
• Create an effective network at district level to understand the environment and suggest immediate corrective steps.
• Ensure co-ordination with other departments and provide them timely support.
• Representing the company in public hearings.
• Effective Coordination with Legal department and Panel Advocates for title due diligence, facilitating documents in time bound manner.
• Review & coordination with Security section & taking initiatives in this area to build strong relation between the management & security.
• Interacting with all levels of employees to understand and improve the organization culture.
• Maintain cordial relationship with Media & Press to increase our organizational values.
• Assisting in CSR activities to achieve the organizational goals, vision and mission.
• Any other work assigned on time to time basis.

Qualifications:

MA/PGDM (Public Relations)/MSW/Post Graduate in Law/MassCommunication

Required Skills

• Graduate in any stream. PG in Mass Communication is preferred
• Good verbal and written communication. Kannada language is must .
• Should have handled Liaisoning and Public Relation activities successfully.
• Should have very good coordination skills and negotiation skills.
• Should have procedural knowledge of Govt agencies.
• Should be well aware of current affairs and political scenario.
