Senior Manager - Control Tower

Key Responsibilities

Pay-in to Payout Ownership

• Own the end-to-end Pay-in to Payout lifecycle, including controls, reconciliations, and TAT management.
• Ensure accuracy, leakage prevention, and operational hygiene across all transaction flows.
• Act as the final owner for operational and financial flow integrity.

Control Tower & Automation

• Build and operate a Control Tower framework with real-time visibility across business, ops, and finance.
• Work with Product, AI, and Tech teams to automate workflows, dashboards, and exception management.
• Drive reduction in manual processes through system-led execution.

Team Leadership & Scale

• Lead and scale multiple operational verticals including verification, MIS Recon and collections
• Build new sub-verticals aligned with business expansion.
• Drive performance culture, accountability, and execution excellence across teams.

Process Excellence & Governance

• Design and institutionalize SOPs, governance models, and control mechanisms.
• Identify systemic risks and inefficiencies - drive root-cause fixes.
• Ensure processes remain scalable, auditable, and resilient.

Founder-Level Partnership

• Work closely with the Founder on mission-critical operational initiatives.
• Provide structured, data-driven insights to enable better decision-making.
• Translate strategic intent into executable systems and outcomes.
