Role Overview:

Looking for a seasoned professional with strong exposure to the US Commercial Real Estate (CRE) market, with expertise in asset management, property valuations, and financial analysis. This role involves managing a team, driving portfolio performance, and working closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team within CRE portfolio management
• Drive credit quality, asset performance, and portfolio monitoring
• Prepare credit memos, asset reviews, and senior-level reports
• Collaborate with US stakeholders, risk, and credit teams
• Identify process improvements and strengthen risk controls
• Support talent development and hiring initiatives

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in US CRE portfolio management
• Hands-on expertise in asset management, valuations & financial analysis
• Proven team management experience (2+ years)
• Ability to review appraisals, financial models, and operating statements
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
