Role: Senior Manager - Leasing
Location: Kothrud
Overview: As the Senior Manager - Leasing, you will play a crucial role in driving the leasing strategy for our properties. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Leasing, you will be responsible for identifying new leasing opportunities, managing existing tenants, and implementing effective leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement leasing strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives and market trends.
Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth and competitive positioning.
2. Tenant Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and lease negotiations with professionalism and urgency.
3. Leasing Operations:
Oversee the leasing process from initial inquiry through to lease execution, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies for vacant spaces.
4. Financial Management:
Monitor and analyze leasing performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to the VP of Leasing.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting for leasing revenue and expenses.
5. Team Leadership:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including FMM, E&C, and Finance, to ensure seamless operations.
6.Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that all lease agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations affecting leasing practices.
*Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
*5+ years of experience in leasing, real estate management, or a related field, with a track record of successful leasing operations.
*Strong understanding of market trends and the competitive landscape in real estate.
*Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to foster lasting relationships.
*Proficient in lease administration software and Microsoft Office Suite.
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an acute attention to detail.
*Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
