Job summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Workday Workday Revenue Management and Workday Integrations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple projects in a hybrid work model. The shift is day and no travel is required.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of Workday projects.
  • Oversee the integration of Workday Revenue Management systems.
  • Provide expertise in Workday Integrations to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within scope and budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Conduct risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Utilize industry best practices techniques and standards throughout the entire project execution.

  • Possess a strong background in Workday and Workday Revenue Management.
  • Have extensive experience with Workday Integrations.
  • Demonstrate excellent project management skills.
  • Exhibit strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Show proficiency in risk management and problem-solving.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
