Job Description

Senior Manager - Client Service (Events) to manage client relationships and oversee event
projects, and ensure seamless execution from concept to completion in Bengaluru. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in client servicing and event management, ready to take
on leadership responsibilities within a dynamic, fast-paced environment. For this position, it is imperative to know the market space for events in Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives,
expectations, and event requirements.
Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring consistent communication and
satisfaction throughout the event lifecycle.
Provide strategic input and solutions that align with client goals and enhance event
outcomes.
Event Planning & Coordination
Lead the planning and coordination of events, working closely with internal teams
and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Oversee scheduling, logistics, operations, and creative deliverables to ensure events
are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Guide junior team members in project execution and client servicing tasks.
Proposal & Budget Management
Develop and present detailed event proposals, including venues, catering, dcor,
entertainment, and budget estimates.
Negotiate with vendors and manage budgets to ensure financial adherence without
compromising on quality.
Monitor cost efficiencies and advise clients on optimal solutions.Problem Solving & Quality Assurance
Anticipate potential challenges and proactively implement solutions to avoid
disruptions.
Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of planning and execution to ensure flawless
delivery.
Post-Event Evaluation & Feedback
Conduct post-event reviews with clients, gather feedback, and identify areas for
improvement.
Build long-term relationships to drive repeat business and future collaborations.
Innovation & Creativity
Contribute ideas to enhance event experiences, including innovative themes,
entertainment, and technological solutions.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging event technologies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Events, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related
field.
35 years of experience in client servicing or event management, preferably in a
supervisory or leadership capacity, importantly knowing the event landscape in Bengaluru
Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with confident presentation
abilities.

Work Days: Monday to Friday + 1st & 3rd Saturday
