Senior Manager - Claims

· Handle claims related to Cyber Protection Policies (CPP), ensuring timely assessment, coordination,

and resolution.

· Compile and prepare accurate claims data and documentation for internal audits, management

reporting, and regulatory reviews.

· Manage recovery processes for co-insurance and reinsurance, ensuring appropriate communication

and coordination with stakeholders.

· Maintain and update Management Information Systems (MIS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date

claims reporting.

· Collaborate with IT teams for enhancements in claims systems and contribute to the development and

automation of reporting tools.
