Position: Senior Manager – Financial Planning & Analytics

Reporting To: Head – Finance (Dotted line to CFO)
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6+ years of post-qualification experience

Job Profile

1. Lead company-wide P&L improvement initiatives through in-depth financial analysis and collaboration.
2. Oversee the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
3. Provide critical financial analytics to highlight trends, variances, and performance drivers.
4. Collaborate on strategic business projects to improve KPIs across departments.
5. Drive cost optimization strategies with measurable outcomes.
6. Manage Capital Employed budgeting, perform variance analysis, and support investment decisions.
7. Build financial capability by training business teams on P&L ownership and ROI-based thinking.
8. Develop and present Board meeting data decks and executive-level reporting.
9. Conduct competition analysis and benchmarking to support strategic planning.
