Senior Manager - Business Development

1. Actively tracking the mining tenders from various possible sources. 
2. Proactively preparing Technical Synopsis presentation covering key technical and commercial terms, scope of work from the tender document.
3. Monitoring changes in the bid documents, addendum / corrigendum / errata etc. and timely updating the management with suggested action plan
4. Preparation for pre-bid meeting, submission of queries for the tender and final bid documents
5. Sourcing information from cross functional departments and teams for bid preparation, evaluation and submission.
6. Coordinating with Finance, Techno-commercial for timely preparation of BG/DD for EMD submission
7. Preparing financial modeling, cost analysis, contract and agreement 
8. Understanding of costing of Mining projects and coordinating to provide all information for costing of projects
9. Assist in qualitative and quantitative analysis of the mining industry, update market and competition data, and analyze competitors' qualifications for bids and do post tender evaluation.

Preferred: B.E / B. Tech (Mining/Metallurgy / Mineral Engineering) from any reputed institute (ISM Dhanbad)

10+ years of relevant experience preferred

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Strong team player with the ability to work closely within a team
