About the Brand
We are launching a premium silver jewellery sub-brand under Kushals Fashion Jewellery, positioned in the luxury segment with a focus on elevated craftsmanship, modern aesthetics, and aspirational retail experiences. With an aggressive expansion plan of 10+ stores this year, we are building a brand that stands for elegance, authenticity, and refined luxury.
Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and execution-driven Senior Brand Manager who can build and scale a luxury brand from the ground up. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in brand strategy, marketing, consumer insights, and retail growth, with proven experience in building premium/luxury brands.
This role requires someone who understands both brand creation and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Positioning
*Define and drive the brand vision, positioning, and long-term roadmap
*Build a strong brand identity aligned with luxury positioning
*Develop brand architecture, tone of voice, and communication framework
*Ensure consistency across all touchpoints (store, digital, packaging, campaigns)
2. Marketing & Campaign Management
*Plan and execute 360 marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, Digital, Influencer, PR)
*Lead product launch campaigns and store launch marketing
*Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies
*Manage marketing budgets and ROI tracking
3. Consumer & Market Insights
*Conduct market research to understand luxury consumer behavior
*Identify trends in silver jewellery, fashion, and premium retail
*Translate insights into actionable brand and growth strategies
4. Retail & Business Growth
*Work closely with merchandising and retail teams to drive store performance
*Develop seasonal calendars, collection launch strategies, and promotional plans
*Track brand performance metrics (revenue, footfall, conversion, AOV, repeat rate)
5. Digital & Performance Marketing Alignment
*Align brand communication with performance marketing goals
*Oversee social media strategy, influencer collaborations, and content direction
*Drive brand awareness and engagement across digital platforms
6. Stakeholder & Team Management
*Collaborate cross-functionally with Retail, Merchandising, CRM, and Operations
*Manage creative and media agencies
*Lead and mentor the brand team
Key Requirements
*610+ years of experience in Brand/Marketing roles
*Experience in Luxury, Premium Fashion, Jewellery, or Lifestyle brands preferred
*Strong understanding of brand building and P&L ownership
*Proven experience launching or scaling a brand
*Expertise in 360 marketing and campaign strategy
*Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
*Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
