Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Presales Consultant to support our sales and business development teams by providing technical expertise and strategic solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce products, a strong ability to engage with clients, and the ability to articulate business value effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

•Engage with prospective clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Salesforce solutions can drive value.

•Work closely with sales teams to create compelling proposals, demonstrations, and presentations.

•Lead discovery sessions and requirements gathering to craft tailored Salesforce solutions.

•Deliver product demonstrations, proof of concepts (POCs), and technical workshops.

•Collaborate with internal teams, including solution architects, developers, and project managers, to ensure the right solutions are proposed.

•Stay updated on Salesforce trends, features, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.

•Support the RFP/RFI process by preparing responses and technical documentation.

•Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements:

•10+ years of experience in Salesforce consulting, presales, or solution engineering.

•Strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other related solutions.

•Proven ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant) are a plus.

•Experience in managing customer relationships and understanding sales cycles.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
