Job Description
Bancassurance strategy & execution for deliverables through HDFC Bank branches.
To manage a team of Sales Managers.
Designing, implementing and executing strategies for continuous growth.
Ensuring achievement of the GWP (Gross Written Premium) numbers, LOB wise GWP, market share and other deliverables like engagement, branch activation etc.
Regular interaction and co-ordination with the line managers, channel partners, third-party team (TPT) and branch banking resources of the bank
Providing the required training to the team and do periodic review of team performance and set agenda in line with organization requirement.
Responsible for timely hiring, maintaining and encouraging the diversity and controlling the attrition
Responsible for grooming and handholding of the direct reportee's including 5 to 7 Sales Managers
Resolve all queries/complaints/grievances arising from Channel/Customer to the satisfaction of the channel/customer
