Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Senior Manager with 810 years of expertise in the core pipe industry. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of pipes and piping systems along with proven experience in business development, sales strategy, key account management, and market expansion. The role requires leadership capability, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, distributors, and government agencies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth areas.
2. Sales & Revenue Management
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate large contracts.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
3. Technical & Product Knowledge
- Strong understanding of different types of pipes (HDPE, PVC etc.).
- Knowledge of industry standards and compliance requirements.
4. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.
- Set KPIs and monitor team performance.
Required Qualifications
- 810 years of experience in the pipe manufacturing or distribution industry.
- Proven track record in business development and achieving sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
