Job Title: Senior Manager / AVP MIS & Financial Analytics

Reporting to: Head of Treasury

Job Summary

We're looking for a sharp and intellectually curious candidate to work directly with our leadership team, sitting at the intersection of finance, data, and business strategy. You would be responsible for dissecting data, challenging assumptions, identifying gaps in our MIS, and help us build smarter systems and reporting processes.

What You'll be Doing

oOwn our MIS, management reporting and data-driven insights that inform key business decisions.

oDig into financial and operational data to identify trends and anomalies.

oWork cross-functionally to understand business context and translate it into structured analysis.

oIdentify inefficiencies and gaps in existing reporting and data systems, and actively lead the effort to fix them.

oBuild dashboards and refine financial models and analytical frameworks.

oPrepare crisp, executive-level presentations and reports that distill complex analysis into clear narratives.

oSpot gaps in how we currently track and report data, and take ownership of fixing them.

What We're Looking For

o5+ years of experience in investment banking, consulting or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.

oKnowledge on how to build models, structure analysis, and think about businesses rigorously.

oHands-on experience with data analytics tools (Excel/Google Sheets at an advanced level; SQL, Tableau, or Python a strong plus).

oProven ability to work with MIS and management reporting.

oExtremely detail-oriented.

oStrong communication skills you can present data clearly to senior stakeholders and ask pointed, intelligent questions.

oHigh ownership mentality and comfort working in close proximity with leadership.

Educational Qualification

oCA/CFA/MBA from a top tier institution preferred

oPast experience of working with fintech startups is a plus
