Role Summary

The Senior Business Analyst will act as a SME in Avaloq Wealth, analyzing current business processes, identifying system gaps, and defining future-state solutions. This role involves stakeholder engagement, advisory leadership, workshop facilitation, and cross-team decision influence.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Avaloq Wealth implementations and enhancements
• Analyze business models, operational workflows, and system integrations
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business and technical stakeholders
• Define current state vs. future state solutions
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Drive cross-team solution alignment and decision-making
• Provide advisory recommendations across multiple workstreams
• Create BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and solution documentation
• Support implementation lifecycle including UAT and change management

Must Have Qualifications

• 12+ years of total experience
• Hands-on experience in Avaloq Wealth platform
• Strong knowledge of wealth management products & processes
• Expertise in business analysis methodologies
• Experience in large-scale banking or wealth transformation programs
• Strong stakeholder management & influencing skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
• 15 years full-time education (mandatory)
