Senior Manager- Association & Partnership (CSR Impact Audit)

Location: Mumbai / Delhi NCR (Pan-India engagement & travel)

Function: CSR Impact Audit & Social Audit

We are building a credible and independent CSR Impact Audit ecosystem in India .

This role is exclusively focused on CSR and Social Audit engagements with Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs), Top 500 CSR contributors, and Government institutions .

The position is intended for a senior professional from CSR advisory or consulting organizations who has managed or advised on large-scale CSR portfolios (100 Cr and above) and can engage confidently with CSR Heads, Board-level CSR Committees, and Government decision-makers .

• Build and manage strategic partnerships with:
• Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
• Top 500 CSR contributors
• Central & State Government departments, authorities, and trusts
• CSR forums, associations, and industry bodies
• Develop opportunities for:
• CSR Impact Audits
• Social Audits of CSR-funded programs
• Outcome and effectiveness evaluations of CSR initiatives
• Engage with:
• CSR Heads and CSR Committees of Boards
• Senior officials in PSUs and Government institutions
• Support participation in EoIs, RFPs, and tenders related to CSR and social audits
• Strengthen long-term institutional relationships focused on governance, credibility, and accountability
• Work closely with internal audit and assurance teams to ensure proposal quality and integrity

• 815 years of experience strictly in the CSR / social sector
• Current or prior experience with:
• CSR advisory or consulting firms
• Social impact assessment / evaluation agencies
• Large NGOs managing multi-year corporate CSR programs
• Mandatory exposure to large CSR portfolios (100 Cr+), including:
• Program design advisory
• Portfolio management
• Impact evaluation or reporting support
• Strong understanding of:
• CSR provisions under the Companies Act, 2013
• Schedule VII activities
• CSR governance, disclosures, and reporting
• Proven ability to engage with:
• Senior corporate leadership
• Board-level CSR Committees
• PSU and Government stakeholders

• Work with PSUs, large corporates, and Government institutions
