About the Role

Good Earth Infra is looking for an experienced and dynamic finance leader to handle Taxation, Compliance, Financial Management, Banking, and Wealth Planning strategically.

This is a leadership position for a seasoned professional who can independently manage end-to-end finance operations while leading a team of 2-3 senior accountants and coordinating with auditors, consultants and management.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Banking

• Oversee cash flow, fund allocation & working capital requirements.
• Support project-based financial structuring
• Approve reconciliations & strengthen internal controls

Wealth Planning & Strategic Advisory

• Support and structure wealth planning for management
• Coordinate with investment advisors & wealth managers
• Optimize tax-efficient investment structures
• Assist in long-term capital and asset planning

Taxation & Compliance

• Manage Corporate & Individual Tax matters
• Ensure timely GST, TDS & Advance Tax compliance
• Handle Income Tax filings, notices, assessments & appeals
• Lead tax audits and statutory compliance
• Monitor tax law changes and ensure adherence

Accounting & Reporting

• Drive budgeting, forecasting & MIS reporting
• Ensure accurate accounting in Tally
• Prepare monthly, quarterly & annual financial statements
• Improve financial processes & reporting systems

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor a team of 57 accountants
• Coordinate with Auditors, GST Consultants & External CAs
• Implement SOPs and streamline finance operations

Candidate Profile

• CA preferred (Commerce Graduate with strong experience may apply)
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is must.
• 812 years of experience in Taxation & Finance
• Prior CA firm experience highly desirable
• Strong expertise in GST, TDS, Income Tax & Tax Audits
• Proficiency in Tally & Advanced Excel
• Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills
