Senior Manager / Assistant Director CHRD
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of Senior Manager / Assistant Director CHRD for training and development initiatives for non-teaching staff. The role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful training programs, enhancing behavioural competencies, and improving overall operational efficiency through structured learning interventions.
Qualification:
Post Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR preferred).
Certification in Training will be advantageous.
Experience & Skills:
Minimum 5 years of experience in Training and Development, especially Soft Skills.
Behavioral Training and Programs on improving operational efficiency.
Languages known: English, Hindi and Gujarati (Essential).
Key Responsibilities:
Planning & Calendaring the Training program for Non-Teaching staff.
Development of Training Modules.
Delivery of Training Session.
Training needs Analysis and Training impact analysis.
Meeting key stakeholders and coordinating the Training Session.
