This role will be the Product owner responsible for writing user stories, acceptance criteria, tracking dev team progress and answering questions from the operations and dev team. Knowledge in US healthcare and provider data operations is must to be able to understand business problems and come up with solution on AI platform.

Primary Responsibility:

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required qualifications:

• Experience in product ownership, rally, generative AI
• Knowledge/experience working in US healthcare industry along with knowledge of provider data operations
• Able to work independently and liaison with US team to share regular updates of the project
• Analytical thinking for innovative solution on AI platform
• Should be able to write user stories for AI platform, acceptance testing and raising defects

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in generative AI, Google Gemini, and/or agentic AI 
• Experience in Aha product management tool
• Internal to UHC 
• Familiarity with provider data ecosystem
