Senior Manager - Architecture & Interior Design

Architectural Design

• Develop and oversee architectural concepts, designs, and plans for various real estate projects, ensuring they align with client requirements, local regulations, and industry best practices.

Project Management

• Lead project teams and collaborate with other professionals, including engineers, interior designers and contractors, to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.

Client Engagement

• Interact with clients to understand their needs and provide design solutions that meet their objectives.
• Maintain strong, long-term client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle, to ensure successful delivery.

Site Inspections

• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, address design-related issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.

Regulatory Compliance

• Stay updated on local building codes, zoning regulations, and permitting processes to ensure projects adhere to legal requirements and obtain necessary approvals.

Sustainability

• Integrate sustainable design principles into projects, striving for energy efficient and environmentally responsible solutions.

Quality Assurance

• Maintain high-quality design standards and ensure the delivery of projects that meet or exceed client expectations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proficiency in architectural design software (Auto-CAD, Sketch-up and Microsoft Office suite are required).
• Good knowledge of building codes regulations and construction methods.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, teamwork spirit and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of sustainability and green building practices is a plus.
