Role : Senior Manager AR Follow-Up | RCM

Location: Gurugram

Key Responsibilities

• AR Operations Management
• Oversee end-to-end AR follow-up activities (insurance & patient AR)
• Drive reduction of high-value and aged AR inventory
• Ensure compliance with timely filing limits
• Manage denial resolution and underpayment recovery
• End-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) workflow

What You Will Bring

• Bachelors degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification in business, finance, or healthcare administration preferred.
• 3+ years of experience managing AR teams within the US healthcare space, including oversight of other managers and large teams.
• Deep knowledge of end-to-end revenue cycle management, payer regulations, denial management strategies, and reimbursement models.
• Proven success leading transformation initiatives or scaling AR operations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable AR prioritie

Team Leadership

• Manage large teams (50200+ FTE depending on organization)
• Lead Managers/Team Leads/Supervisors

Must have: RCM background
