The incumbent will</p><p>● be responsible for brand architecture, product offering & assortment</p><p>management across channels,</p><p>● media/packaging agency management, formulating GTM plans and executing</p><p>them at scale</p><p><br /></p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</p><p><br /></p><p>● Conceptualize, launch and scale the Private Label Brands across 3 different</p><p>channels – offline,captive D2C and e-commerce marketplaces.</p><p>● Drive the top-line and bottom-line targets for the allocated brands as a shared</p><p>goal with the channels.</p><p>● Drive market research (primary/secondary) to identify the product assortment</p><p>/ offering across the key categories – healthcare devices, nutraceuticals,</p><p>branded generics.</p><p>● Liaison with sourcing, procurement, regulatory, packaging, legal, offline sales,</p><p>online sales team,product team to drive both the NPD and sales engine for</p><p>the brands.</p><p>● Jointly work with external agencies and internal stakeholders to develop sales</p><p>plans, marketing material, training material, literature, brochures, etc</p><p>● Liaison with supply chain, internal sales team to streamline demand</p><p>forecasting, inventory management across warehouses.</p><p>● Establishing feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders to oversee</p><p>and assess brand health and growth.</p><p><br /></p><p>SKILLSET REQUIRED</p><p><br /></p><p>● Stakeholder management</p><p>● Functional technical knowledge of marketing/sales</p><p>● Strategic thinking from first principle with strong analytical skills</p><p>● Project management to drive large scale projects at break-neck speed.</p><p>● Problem solving / solution-oriented approach to work.</p><p>● Drive for results.</p>
