Job Type: Fulltime

Reporting to: General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collections & Receivables Management:

 Monitor outstanding receivables and overdue accounts to improve cash flow.

 Ensure timely follow-up on pending payments with customers and sales

teams.

 Drive collection efficiency through proactive engagement and dispute

resolution.

 Reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve working capital

management.

2. Dispute Resolution & Customer Coordination:

 Investigate payment discrepancies, debit notes, and claim settlements.

 Coordinate with sales, legal, and finance teams to resolve disputes and

ensure smooth collections.

 Negotiate payment plans or settlements with customers in cases of financial

distress.

3. Compliance & Reporting:

 Maintain audit-ready documentation for credit approvals, payment collections,

and risk assessments.

 Prepare MIS reports on collections, credit risk, aging analysis, and bad debt

provisions.


Must haves:

✅ Expertise in Credit Risk Assessment & Collection Strategies

✅ Strong Knowledge of Accounting, Taxation (GST, TDS), and Compliance

✅ Proficiency in ERP & Finance Systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar)

✅ Excellent Negotiation & Dispute Resolution Skills

✅ Analytical Mindset for Credit Monitoring & Risk Mitigation

✅ Ability to Work with Cross-Functional Teams (Sales, Legal, Finance)
