Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Manager with 810 years of experience in the publications and printing industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong industry knowledge in commercial printing, publishing processes, and print production, along with proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and sales growth. The role requires strategic planning, revenue generation, team leadership, and strong client relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in publishing houses, corporate printing, educational institutions, advertising agencies, and government tenders.
• Expand the companys client base in books, magazines, catalogs, packaging, and marketing collaterals.
• Build strong relationships with publishers, authors, agencies, and institutional clients.

2. Sales & Revenue Management

• Achieve annual sales targets and profitability goals.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pricing strategies, and margin analysis.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.

3. Printing & Production Knowledge

• Strong understanding of offset printing, digital printing, pre-press, press, and post-press processes.
• Knowledge of paper types, binding methods, finishing techniques, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure client specifications are met.

4. Client Relationship Management

• Manage key accounts and ensure long-term partnerships.
• Conduct client presentations and technical discussions.

Required Qualifications-

• 810 years of experience in publications, printing, or commercial print sales.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
