We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager Advertising Sales to lead strategic revenue growth through client acquisition, brand partnerships, and integrated advertising solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of the advertising ecosystem, excellent commercial acumen, and the ability to build long-term relationships with brands, agencies, and key decision-makers.
The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, advertising solutions, sponsorship sales, or integrated brand partnerships, with the ability to independently drive business conversations and close high-value opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end-to-end advertising sales across multiple verticals including digital, branded content, experiential, media partnerships, and integrated marketing solutions
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, market intelligence, and strategic pitching
- Build and manage strong relationships with brand teams, marketing heads, media agencies, and decision-makers across sectors
- Develop customized advertising proposals aligned to client objectives and business goals
- Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract closures, and revenue planning
- Collaborate with internal strategy, creative, and execution teams to build compelling sales solutions
- Manage key accounts and ensure repeat business through long-term relationship development
- Track category trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to strengthen sales pipeline
- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets with clear forecasting and reporting discipline
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations, industry forums, and business discussions
- 610 years of experience in advertising sales, media sales, sponsorship sales, brand partnerships, or business development
- Strong understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem
- Existing network across brands, agencies, and corporate marketing teams preferred
- Proven ability to generate revenue and close large-ticket deals
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and proposal-building capability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
