Senior Manager Academics

Makoons Group of Schools is looking for a Senior Manager - Academics to lead and ensure academic excellence across all centers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards across centers
• Plan and conduct teacher training and academic workshops
• Monitor academic quality through audits, center visits, and reviews
• Guide and mentor academic teams and center heads
• Support curriculum enhancement and academic content development
• Coordinate with franchise partners and internal teams

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Education / Child Development (preferred)
• 7-12 years of experience in preschool/school academics
• Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
• Willingness to travel pan-India
