Responsibilities
Training Strategy & Development
o Design and implement a comprehensive training strategy that aligns with company objectives.
o Develop learning paths for employees at all levels, from onboarding to leadership development.
o Ensure training programs incorporate best practices and emerging trends in adult learning.
Program Implementation & Management
o Oversee the delivery of training programs, including in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
o Evaluate and improve existing training programs based on feedback and effectiveness metrics.
o Select and manage training vendors or third-party programs when necessary.
Leadership & Team Management
o Lead and mentor a team of trainers, instructional designers, and program coordinators.
o Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess training effectiveness.
o Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
o Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
o Partner with HR to support talent development, performance improvement, and compliance training.
o Communicate training impact to leadership and recommend enhancements.
Budgeting & Compliance
o Manage training budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
o Ensure all training programs comply with industry regulations and company policies.
