Job Overview


Raveshia Realty, a growing real estate developer, is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead project sales, drive strategic property sourcing, and strengthen our channel partner ecosystem across Mumbai Suburban especially in Ghatkopar. This role involves ownership of end-to-end sales activities from building developer-led inventory strategies to driving closures and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

1. Inventory & Market Sourcing (Developer-Focused)

  • Conduct structured market research to analyse competing projects, pricing trends, and customer demand patterns.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with local brokers, channel partners, and market influencers to support faster project absorption.


2. Project Sales & Client Conversion

  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored property recommendations from Raveshia Realtys portfolio.
  • Conduct project presentations, site visits, and negotiations to ensure maximum conversions.
  • Manage complete sales documentation, booking formalities, and post-booking processes in coordination with internal teams.


3. Channel Partner Management

  • Expand and manage a robust network of channel partners for project-specific sales.
  • Conduct CP meet-ups, training sessions, and engagement campaigns to drive consistent lead flow.
  • Track partner performance and ensure continued engagement to achieve monthly sales targets.


4. Business Development & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets for the developer.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital channels, and local market activation.
  • Identify new micro-markets or buyer segments for expansion of the developers customer base.


5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with marketing, legal, CRM, and project teams to ensure timely customer updates and smooth documentation.
  • Maintain daily/weekly dashboards covering leads, site visits, bookings, and closure status.
  • Ensure consistent follow-ups with clients, channel partners, and internal stakeholders to drive conversions.


Required Skills & Qualifications


  • 5 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably with developers or handling developer-specific projects.
  • Strong understanding of the Mumbai residential market , especially Ghatkopar and Eastern Suburbs .
  • Proven experience in project sales, customer handling, and achieving closure targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong network of channel partners, brokers, and CP aggregators.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems is preferred.
