Senior Manager - Organic Growth

The Role

Youll be the execution powerhouse behind our organic growth flywheel - leading SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), content ops, and online reputation efforts. Youll help scale these initiatives into a structured, high-output, high-accountability engine that delivers real results.

This role needs someone who thinks in systems, communicates with precision, and leads with judgment.

Your Core Responsibilities

• Lead weekly execution across SEO (on-page, off-page, tech) and AEO (ChatGPT, Perplexity, AI Overviews)
• Manage a team of SEO specialists, content writers, and ORB (Online Reputation Building) executives - hire, train, review, and retain
• Handle external agencies for backlinks, content ops, and other strategic deliverables - ensuring quality, timelines, and ROI
• Monitor and act on brand sentiment across search, forums, and AI-generated content - proactively address ORB challenges
• Run regular experiments across SERP, LLMs, and non-traditional discovery platforms to keep Traya ahead of the curve
• Catch issues early - whether it's traffic drops, tracking failures, or GTM misfires
• Oversee content and backlink building operations, along with building PR narratives
• Create and maintain dashboards, trackers, SOPs, and weekly review formats
• Work cross-functionally with tech, design, brand, and product to unblock dependencies
• Communicate clearly and proactively - with updates, decks, and fast escalation where required

Who You Are

• 10+ years of organic growth experience with a solid SEO foundation
• Proven track record of scaling SEO-led revenue (not just traffic or rankings)
• Solid working knowledge of AEO, Digital PR, and traditional search
• Preferably worked brand-side or with product-led orgs
• Strong team builder - youve hired, coached, and scaled performance
• Understanding of Organic Social, primarily Instagram and YouTube
• Excellent communicator - written, verbal, and cross-team clarity

• Health-tech, D2C, or wellness sector experience
• Exposure to AI content workflows - GPTs, Perplexity, BigQuery
• Strong POV on the evolution of discovery in an AI-first world
