Senior Manager - Remote Monitoring & Diagnostics Operations Leader

• Lead and manage the remote monitoring and diagnostics team to ensure continuous operation and quick response to anomalies. 

• Design and deploy connectivity solutions for remote monitoring and control of industrial machinery. 

• Configure and maintain network devices, including routers, switches, gateways, and IoT devices. 

• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues to ensure minimal downtime for industrial operations. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate connectivity solutions with existing systems. 

• Develop and implement security protocols to protect network integrity and data privacy. 

• Develop and lead reliability improvement programs to enhance equipment performance and reduce operational disruptions. 

• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions. 

• Collaborate with maintenance, engineering to optimize machinery operation and reliability. 

• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to ensure continuous equipment operation. 

• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
