Job Description
Responsibilities
1. Transformation & Process Improvement:
o Create and execute roadmaps for lean digital transformation and process improvement
o Develop transformation strategies from the perspectives of digital, analytics, and process re-imagination
o Lead 2-3 high-impact digital-led transformation projects annually, meeting certification requirements
2. Continuous Improvement & Quality Management:
o Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement using Lean Six Sigma tools
o Establish metrics, measurement systems, and risk assessments for process enhancements
o Deploy risk control frameworks and implement best practices across functions
3. Technology Integration:
o Apply Software Engineering Practices in IT, aligned with ISO 20K and CMMi standards
o Implement business process management systems for new clients
o Leverage advanced technologies like Predictive Analytics, and Machine Learning to optimize operations
4. Client Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration:
o Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and recommend tailored solutions
o Establish governance frameworks and lead process improvement discussions
o Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
5. Training & Mentorship:
o Conduct training programs on Lean Six Sigma methodologies
o Mentor Black Belts, Green Belts, and other team members to build organizational capabilities
6. Performance & Impact Measurement:
o Track and report performance metrics against business objectives
o Perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve process inefficiencies
o Ensure adherence to project management standards and continuous improvement protocols
