Responsibilities
Redesign Customers Journey across data and technology layers for smooth customer experience
Responsible for interfacing with business to understand the As IS Journeys and redesign customer Journeys and create and overall roadmap to deliver value to our clients
Identify and solve for customer and industry pain points
build tailor made, technology driven solutions for digitizing onboarding and servicing customer Journeys
to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should understand how process, technology, analytics and AI can be leveraged to address client needs
Interact with analysts and establish Best In Class Solutions driven through operations insights
Work with the Internal teams by collaborating and staying ahead of the curve when it comes deadlines.
