Job Description
Responsibilities
IT infrastructure design & implementation SME, to design and implement large scale network setup for contact centers.
Work on business transition projects to design and implement IT infrastructure to meet functional requirements.
Participate in business, client discussions to understand the IT requirements, translate them to technical design and implement.
Own end to end responsibility of project delivery and ensure smooth go live.
Create HLD, LLD documents for client and internal teams.
Participate in extensive technical discussion with client and internal teams.
Working with internal / external resources to deliver the assigned task
Participate in internal discussion for root cause identification and problem management.
Interact with ISPs, OEM for solution discussions, follow-up, issues troubleshooting.
Identifying open risk in the production network and provide input for mitigation.
Finding the scope improvement by initiating the Lean/Six Sigma projects to add the efficiency in to system/process.
Help & support internal teams, peers for technical guidance.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
Network design & implementation
o The candidate should have relevant years of experience of hands-on IT Infra design & implementation experience
o Must have designed network for large scale infra and end to end project delivery
o Must have designed & implemented network solution for voice, contact center solutions
o Worked on design & implementation of IT infrastructure for new sites, corporate network connectivity between multiple sites & Co-locations, global data centers.
o Has very rich experience in corporate LAN & WAN infra
o Must have worked on the latest technologies (Cloud, ACI, SDN and SDWAN)
o Must have knowledge & experience of working on network security, firewalls implementation & management [Palo Alto, Juniper, Fortinet preferred]
Wireless Network design & implementation
o Understands radio networking, wireless signaling, wifi access point functionality.
o Should have knowledge about wifi design, connectivity [Juniper Mist preferred].
o Implemented medium to large scale wireless network, wi-fi access points.
o Juniper wifi network implementation & management.
Voice, contact center networking & design
o Must have knowledge of voice technology, cloud contact center solutions.
o Understand QoS [experience of cloud telephony implementation preferred].
o Implemented cloud contact center solutions.
o Has knowledge of voice traffic routing, network requirements.
Cloud architecture, network design & implementation
o Must have knowledge & hands on experience of designing AWS, Azure cloud solutions
o Must have knowledge about AWS, Azure, GCP cloud ecosystem, popular cloud services design & implementation
o Design hybrid architectures using key technologies like VPN, AWS Direct Connect, and express Route.
o Familiarity with AWS, Azure, GCP CLI, APIs, CloudFormation templates, Billing Console, and Management Console.
o Must have at least 2-3 yrs of experience working on multi cloud network design & implementation
o Candidate should understand DevOps environment
Security & compliance
o Experience in implementing security best practices in DevOps process, identity and access management [IAM]
o Understanding of compliance requirements in network and cloud design, understanding of global regulations and knowledge of security assessments and audits.
Collaboration & communication
o Working in large team size is key success requirement for this role, candidate must have experience in working with global team in different time zone and culture.
o Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
o Global customer interaction is one of the key expectations from candidate
o Project communication to internal and external stakeholders.
o Effective client communication and escalation handling experience.
o Participate in internal discussion for root cause identification and problem management.
o Help & support internal teams, peers for technical guidance.

Qualifications
o Minimum qualifications
Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
o Preferred qualifications
CCNP (highly preferred, must)
Network certification [Palo alto, Juniper, Fortinet] highly preferred
AWS, Azure cloud certifications [highly preferred, must]
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps [preferred]
Candidate should be very strong in written & oral communication
Candidate must have good presentation skills
